Established in 1984, Cottingham Retirement Community is locally owned by Deaconess Long Term Care, Inc. Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) offers comfortable housing and skilled nursing services to meet the growing needs of our aging population. However, DLTC is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with each community to care for its residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.

During my tenure at Cottingham Retirement Community since 1988, we have developed a strong and dedicated team that provides exceptional care. Our devoted and long term service among our staff promotes continuity in the commitment we make everyday while providing their services. We offer residents and families varied levels of care that are designed to meet their own individuality.

As Executive Director, I know that our team will support and extend superior services for those who choose Cottingham Retirement Community as their residence of choice. We strive daily for excellence in customer service and compassionate caregiving. The warmth of Cottingham does not come from the bricks and mortar, it's realized in the welcoming arms and caring faces of staff and families who call Cottingham home.
